What every buyer should know
- • Phishy is sold as early access. The public offer is intentionally narrower than a mature GA promise.
- • If a control, certification, or service level is not substantively in place, it is not listed as included.
- • Support is human and email-first. Current response targets are published on the contact page.
- • You can start with a trial, run a demo path, and decide later whether to convert to a paid rollout.
Billing & cancellation
- • Stripe handles payment collection for paid plans.
- • Trial sign-up does not require a card.
- • Paid subscriptions are month-to-month unless a separate order form says otherwise.
- • If your first paid charge is not a fit, request a refund within 14 calendar days.
